I am a presenter at RECODemand, helping real estate and mortgage professionals generate consistent, high-quality leads through automated webinar systems. I am also the President of Watters International Realty, a leading real estate brokerage that helps team owners across the United States and Canada grow high-producing residential businesses. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, I have co-authored the best-selling book The Million Dollar Real Estate Team. As a teacher by nature, my primary driver is helping other people get what they want. I have a passion for coaching, mentoring, and training team leaders and agents on how to leverage our system and tools to achieve their goals and dreams. I also have a strong background in sales, marketing, and operations, and I specialize in luxury, leases, and new homes.
